Join the SA Chapter and Hansen Yuncken Project Manager, Kevin Zammit, for the upcoming site visit of the Lot Fourteen Bice Building.

The Bice Building project is a refurbishment of the 1920’s heritage building, which once formed part of the former Royal Adelaide Hospital. The masonry structure will house four floors of premium office space within the global innovation neighbourhood of entrepreneurship, research collaboration and cultural activity.

The works include a full seismic upgrade by pouring in situ concrete to a new structural core and steel bracing, full heritage restoration, new base building services and plant installation and amenities to each level.

The works continue the Public Realm landscaping works along North Terrace and include a new state of the art courtyard canopy. The pre-stressed structure is comprised of custom fabricated tapered columns and beams, perforated cladding panels and suspended glazing which will result in a striking entrance way to the Lot Fourteen precinct.

PPE: Long Pants/Sleeves, Steel Capped Boots, Hi Vis are required.
